How our pricing actually works
Your price is built from the size of your home, its current condition, and anything extra you want done. That is it. No hidden fees, no travel charge inside our service area, and no price that quietly changes once we are standing in your kitchen.
A person prices your home, not a robot. An automated estimate has to guess, and it guesses the same number for a tidy home and a neglected one of the same size. We would rather read your answers and send you a flat number we will actually honour. It takes us a few minutes and it means the quote is real.
The first clean costs more, and it should. Every new customer starts with a deep clean because we are resetting a home we have never touched. Built-up grime in a shower, pet hair worked into baseboards, and grease on a range hood all take real time to remove. A company that quotes you a maintenance price for that first visit either cuts the job short or comes back asking for more money.
After the reset, you pay less. Once your home is at our standard, keeping it there is faster, so recurring visits cost less per clean than one-off cleans. The more often we come, the lower the per-visit price.

How fast will I get my price?+
Usually within 15 minutes during business hours, Monday to Saturday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. A real person reads what you sent, prices your home, and texts or calls you back. If you send it in the evening or on a Sunday, you will hear from us first thing the next morning.
Why not just show me a price on the page?+
Because a number a computer guesses at is not a number we can stand behind. Two homes with the same bedroom count can be an hour apart in real work depending on condition, pets, and clutter. We would rather read your answers, give you a flat price we will honour, and never have the awkward conversation on the day where the price goes up.
Is the price you send me a real flat price?+
Yes. As long as your home matches what you described, the price we send is what you pay. If we arrive and the home needs significantly more work than described, we talk to you and agree on a price before we start. We never do extra work and surprise you with the bill.
Why does the first clean cost more than the recurring price?+
A first clean is a full reset. We are removing built-up grime, pet hair, soap scum, and dust that have collected since the last thorough clean, and that takes considerably longer than maintaining a home we already look after. Once your home has been reset, every visit after that is faster, so you pay the lower recurring rate.
Why do you ask when my home was last cleaned?+
Because it is the single biggest factor in how long a clean takes, and pretending otherwise is how cleaning companies end up cancelling on customers or asking for more money on the day. Telling us the truth up front means the price we send is the price you pay.
Do you charge by the hour or a flat rate?+
Flat rate for standard and deep cleans, so you know the full cost before we arrive. If you would rather buy a set block of time and direct us yourself, you can book cleaning hours instead, with a three hour minimum. Just say so in the form or when you text us.
Is there a minimum charge?+
Yes, our minimum for any job is $150. Blocks of cleaning time start at 3 hours.
What if I book and then change my mind?+
We ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Life happens, so just let us know as early as you can.
