Why is this quoted hourly instead of a flat rate?+
Drywall dust keeps resettling for days after the first clean, so a single flat price would be guesswork on our side or yours. We quote hourly and bill per pass. Most builds need three passes and heavy dust jobs need four.
When should we book you in?+
After the last dusty trade has finished, not before. If cabinets are still going in or sanding is still to come, you will pay to clean the same space twice. A day or two of patience saves a pass.
Do you remove paint, adhesive and sticker residue?+
Yes, on surfaces where it can be done safely. Some finishes cannot be scraped or solvent-cleaned without marking them permanently, and on those we will flag it rather than risk damaging a brand-new surface to save an hour.
