Questions
Will this get my damage deposit back?+
We clean to the standard landlords and property managers inspect against, which is the part you can control. A deposit can also come down to damage and wear, and cleaning does not fix those. If we see something on the day that a clean will not resolve, we will tell you so you can deal with it before the inspection.
Does the home need to be empty first?+
Ideally yes, and cabinets, drawers and closets do need to be cleared, because we clean inside them. We can work around a few remaining items, but anything still in the home is something we have to clean around rather than clean.
Why can I not get an instant price for a move-out clean?+
Because we would be guessing. Empty homes get the full detail treatment inside every cabinet and appliance, and condition varies far more than square footage suggests. Send us photos of each room and we will send back a firm flat price, usually the same day.
