From there, frequency is the only real decision. Recurring cleaning runs weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Weekly suits busy households and larger families. Bi-weekly is where most of our clients settle, because it keeps a family home comfortably on top of things without paying for weekly service. Monthly is usually plenty for newer or smaller homes that stay tidy in between.
Move-in and move-out cleans and post-construction cleans are different jobs. Both go further than a deep clean, into cabinets, appliances, and construction dust that keeps resettling for days after the first pass, so we quote those by hand from photos instead of guessing at a flat price. Offices and small commercial spaces are handled the same careful way through commercial cleaning, scheduled around your business hours.
